Contacted APW had an engineer come to see the issue and discuss solutions. Removed the radiator, removed tiles which were drilled & replaced with new. Installed a smaller towel radiator to allow correct use of my loo. Perfect solution, can now happily sit! Workers very respectful, towards me and the house taking care to not mark anything. No mess left after the job and quick turn around! Highly recommend!"
