Luke was prompt, polite, punctual, and quoted fairly. When he and his colleague completed the work, they were thorough, explained their work throughout, carried out flow tests and left my property nice and tidy. They changed both downpipes, connected my porch gutter and reattached my neighbours' gutters (one of which was capped!) When an issue came up a few days ago, Luke returned and found the problem (next door's roof moss).
