Contrak Ltd is a Staffordshire based family run construction company that undertakes medium to large scale building projects. Currently celebrating our 25th Anniversary. Our team of construction professionals each have over forty years experience in the design and build sector. Our areas of expertise encompass all types of construction from groundworks to domestic, commercial and agricultural projects. We can project manage or work alongside your architect on your bespoke new build, renovation or extension with all the experience and resources necessary to bring your project to life. We have specialist knowledge in the renovation of Grade II listed buildings, eco build and equestrian construction. We embrace traditional building skills as well as utilising new technologies. At Contrak we understand the importance of employing creative solutions in order to improve sustainability and energy efficiency and we pride ourselves on our meticulous attention to detail. We are three times regional winners of the coverted LABC Building Excellence Awards celebrating outstanding projects and individual contributions in the construction industry.
