What that meant is a lot of material used to damp proof got washed away. I let Tom know and he said nothing to worry as he would come and redo when the weather looks good. Fast forward a couple of months and we connected again, agreed on a date and Tom was there as promised to finish the work. Great guy and would defo call again if needed"
