There ended up being more work due to the roof being in a worse state than initially anticipated (which wasn't surprising given it hadn't be well-maintained over the last 20+ years). They showed me the issues with the insulation under the roof and rotting timbers and clearly explained the additional work that needed to be carried out. This was all done quickly and I'm happy with the final outcome. I appreciated being kept informed throughout the whole process and overall very satisfied."
