Every day he would explained to me in detail the next stage of the project and the work that would be involved. It really gave me an insight of building construction. He knew our concern was heat loss and adding extra insulation. The temperature outside has now plummeted and we already feel the difference when we turn on the central heating. Can't thank him enough."
