He genuinely cares about the design and how you will feel using the bathroom. Our bathroom now looks like a designer bathroom and has so many useful ideas incorporated such as controls away from the shower head so you can turn it on without getting wet! He was also a pleasure to have around in the house and very respectful which was a bonus. I highly recommend Paul and we are repeat customers."
