"Really good experience from quote to start of works, and initial works for footings and brick work went well. Poor attention to detail in the interior, didn’t follow plan measurements, fitted kitchen out of alignment and had to redo (which they did without issue) then left site promising to return for snagging works and months later I am left with substantial issues and no contact from the builder. I am left with issues with the sub floor, electrics, and a number of snagging items on finishing works"
