David and Buell did such an efficient, neat and quick job of installing our new boiler today. They were very friendly and polite, and arrived at the time they advised. We expected the job to take much longer than it did! Our old boiler stopped working Saturday night, we called on Sunday and left a message, they got back to us Monday morning and came out that same day to have a look at our boiler. We ultimately made the decision to go with a new boiler, they arrived the following day at 8am and got on with installing the new one, they were finished by about half 1! The whole process was seamless. Very pleased to have heating and hot water again, thanks guys!

Fantastic, very honest and good work I highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest boiler repair. We had originally called a local repair who wanted to charge us nearly £500 for work and a part, however being the suspicious type I didn't feel happy with what was being said. I went looking and came across 1st Call Services, they came out looked at it informed me it didn't need a part but it was clogged so they cleaned it all up and made sure boiler was working well, at a fraction of the cost. They were polite and helpful and I cannot recommend them any more highly 5 stars all the way. Thank you

Regular boiler engineer failed to call back several times to resolve heating problem! Phoned David on the Friday and was available to visit early Tuesday. Identified problem and boiler back to normal within 1 hour. Will definitely use again. Very satisfied customer!

A great job by David and his colleague no central heating or hot water, they found the fault and replaced the faulty programmer and both were back on quickly. Boiler service was due and they did that too. Excellent service would definitely use again

With only a few days to go until Xmas day our boiler broke down in Southend, Essex. Unfortunately, my regular guy let me down at the last minute. My Google search came up with 1st Call Services. WHAT A FIND!! They were at my home within 2 hours, diagnosed the problem, gave me a price, and then ordered the part required. They returned at 9am the following day and about an hour later the boiler was fixed and Xmas saved. Needless to say with service like this they have now become my, "go to" company for all my heating/boiler requirements. If you are searching for a local heating company, look no further!

Highly delighted with our boiler installation and would thoroughly recommend 1st Call Services. David and his colleague Boo worked very hard to ensure the installation was completed in one day, despite encountering a couple of issues with our existing plumbing work, which they resolved satisfactorily. They were friendly, reliable and extremely professional and we were very impressed with their workmanship and attitude.
