Can highly recommend 1st class paving and landscaping. Real professional attitude to there work, nice and polite and very tidy. Was finished within agreed time frame. Very reasonable price too.

The driveway was installed for the benefit for my brother who is wheelchaired bound, allowing for easy vehicle access to facilitate his transportation. Adrian was extremely helpful with suggestions particularly his inclusion of a ram the front door. From start to finish all work was undertaken in a professional manner and at cost that truly reflects the quality of the job.

From the outset the service from 1st Class Paving & Landscaping was thoroughly professional. Adrian came round to quote for the job and discussed all the different paving and drainage options, explained the ground preparation, told me how long the work would take, and provided me with a date of when the work would commence. Adrian and his team turned up on the expected date and the groundworks, drainage, edging and block paving were completed amazingly quickly. Unfortunately, the snow prevented the block paving from having the kiln dried sand brushed into the joints, but on the next dry day, as promised, Adrian turned up and completed the job. The whole team were polite and friendly, and the site was left clean and tidy every day. Our driveway looks amazing, and we have had numerous comments from neighbors and passers by on what a nice job has been done. Adrian and his team have made a first class job of laying our new patio, steps and side passage. From the outset, Adrian understood what we wanted, and was able to provide sensible advice and guidance, without pressure. Throughout the work, Adrian kept us fully informed of what would happen and when, and attended specifically to oversee deliveries before the work started. The team are polite, professional, and clearly take great pride in what they do. We are extremely pleased with the results, especially the attention to detail around the manhole covers. Adrian and his team were brilliant. Day 1 they had dug out the drive and laid the sub-base, by the end of day 2 95% of the block paving had been laid. They completed the following day in 2hrs. They worked very hard and the area was kept tidy and the job looks very professional indeed Would recommend without any doubt

Adrian has done a great job on 2 patios (80m sq) one of which was raised, side passage and a large tarmac driveway. Courteous, polite and quick to respond to emails. The fall on the patios is perfect - not obvious on the eye but no pooling of water in the heavy rain we have had this summer.

Adrian and his team did a fantastic job replacing the patio and providing a new fence in my back garden before moving on to build a new wall and provide a new footpath / slabs in the front garden. It was a large job completed over 2 weeks. Communication was excellent throughout. The price was very competitive, in writing and there were no hidden extras. They turned up on time and when promised. The logistics of working in a small space was really well managed. They took care with their work and didn’t rush. They also took the time to engage with and no upset my neighbours which was a real bonus! I would very much recommend them and will have them back as and when I need any more work done.
