After many years of neglect, I finally decided to get my ridges on my garage pointed, I am very happy with how they are looking. Would like to thank Tom and his workforce for there time. Thankyou Harry .

These guys did a fantastic job of replacing the whole roof on my elderly mothers bungalow in one week from start to finish. Tom the owner was very understanding of my mothers dementia and how she would be while the job was being done. They did not disturb her at all. He kept me informed all the way along with time lines and deliveries. Also what was happening with the scaffolders which was another company that was doing that for him. They tidied up every day so mess was at a minimal. The price they gave us was very good and because of mums dementia were obliging not to take any deposit from us till they actually started on the day. Would highly recommend 5 star Roofing.

The boys come on late notice completed the work I needed doing with in 4 hours done to a high standard would highly recommend, and will use them again! Thank you lads

Tom and his team completely transformed our back yard in just a few days. Before they arrived it was so overgrown and neglected it was virtually unusable and now it’s like having a whole new room. They were brilliant at communicating with us throughout and super-reliable. Tom had great ideas for what we could do with the space. At the same time they re-paved our front path and replaced the gravel and the front looks so much more presentable now! Finally, they fixed our leaking roof with the same level of professionalism and efficiency they applied to our outdoor space. I couldn’t be happier with what they did for us and thoroughly recommend.

Tom arrived on time for the initial quotation, with a reasonable price, the next day tom arrived when said ( 8am ) with a team of 3 and completed the works shortly and even did a few extras with no charge

came promptly to quote and started work the next day. A team of 4 worked for 7 hours and completed the work in a day. Didn't quite end up as planned but we are happy with it. There is some untidiness for us to clean but otherwise pleased with the job and have already recommended to a neighbour.

Tom is a very reliable tradeperson. He kept his time well and always came on time as promised. After his fantastic garden work, we found there was something to fix better and he came to complete the work without fail. Recommended.

Excellent trader. Came and gave us a quote as requested. Then came on time to complete the jobs. Not only he completed the job agreed - but did few extra works at no extra cost. Will be definitely be using him again.

Tom was really great, I was worried as I could see a wet patch coming through my bedroom ceiling so I panicked I called several companies Tom was the only one willing to come do a initial check free of charge day after New Year’s Day which was excellent. We booked him for that Thursday so two days later he reviewed the damage more thoroughly although I wished they went into the attic but I understand it may not be secure, it was completed within a few hours and he covered his shoes which is greatly appreciated as my house is covered in carpet. The leak hasn’t worsened since the repair which I’m so grateful for and feel it was worth the price as i have been concerned about the damage. I did have to wait a bit to receive the receipt but I understand he was busy with other jobs and was apologetic and polite about it and I received the receipt with guarantee of warranty I would recommend Tom and his team to others and will look for further advice in future with them. Thank you :)

• On the first day of the job, they didn’t tell us that they had arrived but tried to access our neighbours back garden (presumably to pass materials into our back garden, as ours has limited access) without permission from our neighbours. • When passing materials over the fence from our neighbour’s garden into ours, minor damage was caused to the fence and a plant pot was broken. • Minor damage was also caused to a separate fence when they transported materials in our garden. • To his credit, Tom acknowledged the damaged fences and plant pot and compensated us. • Part way through day 1, they left to get more materials. Seeing this, our neighbour locked the gate that grants access to their back garden. Upon the teams return and finding the gate locked, they jumped over the gate rather that coming to us or our neighbour to ask for access. Seeing this happen, our neighbour was understandably unimpressed.

Turned up a week before agreed with no communication, I returned home to my property left unsecured and no one there. Decking lengths thrown on my raised flower beds and all plants squashed and damaged. Lie and lie, left my garden unusable and returned the next day to lay the turf. The joints are not butted up and can see the top soil underneath. Asked him to return to rectify the poor quality, the trader agreed to return, to find that he used a road compactor plate on fresh new turf and still left with massive gaps. Such poor workmanship and not a nice to deal with. I feel extremely let down and £1800 later having to put it right myself.

Tom and his team turned up everyday although didn’t communicate daily on what time they would start so never knew from day to day what time to expect them. The standard of work is good but the finer details have been missed I.e fence panels needed more than 1 coat and the artificial grass could have been cut straighter also unfortunately worked slightly messy, hence for the overall rating only being 4/5.

Lovely guys, completed the work after we had been let down by another company. Explained the entire process through, worked really efficiently ( even in poor weather). Really responsive to phone calls and texts. Work looks great. Would definitely recommend and have back for any future works.

Tom and his Team, James, Bobbie and his son, were extremely professional and hard working. Happy to discuss and adapt whenever needed, providing good sound advice. Such a fantastic service with Tom calling out to quote on the Saturday evening and then start the job on Monday. Extremely reliable hard workers who were friendly. Wonderful and punctual service. He came to see the place on the same day and started work within a week. The whole team were so efficient and very friendly. They cleaned up so well, you wouldn’t have thought any work any been done that morning!! Will definitely be recommending to our friends and using in the future 😊

5 star were great…the job was started straight away and took 2 days, so super quick! Very happy with the work completed and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys for a great job!
