He told me when he could carry out the work. Tom arrived promptly on the day and told me what he was going to do. He carried out the work efficiently and he was extremely clean and tidy. Overall, I am very impressed from how quickly Tom arrived to view the job to how quickly the work was completed and I would definitely recommend him."
