Called Adam to fix an extractor fan in the bathroom of one of my HMO properties. He came back very quickly, he is very professional. I made the initial contact with Adam, I gave him my tenants contact details to arrange the work and access to the property then heard once everything was done. Would definitely recommend Adam. Adam and his team, came around to fit 3 new lights to our house, arrived on time, completed the work to a very high standard, even fixed another light issue I had (no extra charge) gave us great savings advice as to what bulbs to purchase. Adam completed replacing the light switch in the attic professionally and in under an hour, adjusting it's position and explaining how best we can avoid breaking the spring again. A friendly service we will use again.

Excellent work done on time and very reasonable price

Adam cane out after I inadvertently drilled into an electric cable and took out the power to the ground floor of our house. Communication from Adam was excellent and he arrived within the hour. He was incredibly polite and engaging. Very quickly identified the issue and despite having to make a small and neat hole in the wall, he did everything very efficiently and tidily. The repairs were completed and the wall made good…just needs a skim and touch up. Could not recommend 786 and Adam more highly.
