He provided a full quote and invoice for work done, some additional work was required during the job but that was costed and not a problem. The work was done to a high quality. The old brickwork was in a bad state, some bricks were replaced and others repaired while the pointing was matched perfectly and finished well. Joe is the kind of person who likes to do a job well, even if it takes longer. Communication was great with daily updates."

Joe was meticulous and the end result is fantastic. He and his assistant (also called Joe) were very tidy, took care with all my garden pots, and did a great job clearing up afterwards. Also the work was completed for exactly the price Joe gave me."
