Tann and his team renovated a family bathroom and built an en-suite shower room for us over Autumn, as well as fitted wardrobes and alcove cupboards. From the very start, we were really impressed with his great communication - we were kept in the loop with regular progress updates as we weren’t living in the property at the time. They were very respectful of our property as well as communal areas (we live in a flat). Importantly, we were really pleased with the quality of the workmanship and Tann’s ability to adapt/work around any surprises along the way with an old Victorian building!

We enlisted Tann to renovate our new house with two bathrooms, a kitchen, bifolds, new flooring, gutters, fitted wardrobes, rewiring and a garden studio. This is our second project with Tann and his work was again completed to a very high standard. The team kept everything clean and tidy, and Tann offered many helpful design ideas, especially for the studio. We moved in halfway through the renovation and Tann went above and beyond, even helping with attaching some bookcases to the wall. We are thrilled with the quality of the work and would not hesitate to recommend him.

I recently hired Tann and his team for a range of work including painting and decorating, joist replacement, installation of engineered wood flooring, replacing breeze blocks, and some pointing touch-ups. From start to finish they were punctual, professional and incredibly hard-working. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tann and his team to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled tradesmen. They delivered exactly what I needed on time and with no fuss.

Tota builders (Tann) have completed several pieces of work for us, large and small, over the last few years. The biggest was a ground floor extension and internal changes (create utility and downstairs toilet) in 2016. This included laying a new wooden floor throughout the whole ground floor and all plumbing and electrics. See attached picture. More recently we had a garden shed re-roofed and the patio extended with slabs recovered from the area now occupied by the extension. It has been a pleasure to work with Tota. They were at all times professional, polite and punctual and the quality of Their work and value for money is first class.

Tann undertook a complete renovation of our ground floor. He lay underfloor heating, designed and built a new sliding door system and oversaw the redecoration of our kitchen and living room. We were extremely pleased with the results.

I have used Tann to do a variety of work since 2015 when they did a house refurbishment for me, then some garden work -fencing, custom built shed, paving and post dry rot work. The latest was redecoration which they did while I was away on holiday. Entirely trustworthy.

Toptan and his team arrived punctually both days, to complete some preparation prior to a new kitchen being fitted. The team worked quickly and considerately, working around our two young children and inquisitive puppy! The job included removing part of the chimney breast which left a fair bit of dust - the team made a good effort to clear up afterwards - hovering and mopping, even wiping down our cooker hob! Tann gave excellent advice regarding some of the work, changing the position of the new radiator which worked much better. Communication was good throughout. Work was finished quicker than stated and the kitchen was left tidily. Would recommend and will use again in future.

Tann did a fantastic job on tiling the outside concrete stairs. Was very professional and timely, would recommend him and use him again for other jobs!

Tann has done several jobs for me. This time, he replaced rotten wood on our back doors, repainted the cill and some render on the side of the house. He is always able to come fairly quickly if it’s a small job and is always happy to fix anything. He is amiable and respectful. I would be very happy to recommend him.

Tann and his team fitted some large shelves in our retail store in Chiswick. He fitted them perfectly and in a timely manner, leaving everything spotless after the job was done. I can't recommend him and his team enough - they are extremely professional, skilful and efficient.

Tann replaced the flashing on my bedroom balcony. He was punctual, efficient and did a great job. Even though this was a small job, Tann was mindful that it was urgent because of impending bad weather and scheduled the repair in a timely manner. Tan and his team were fantastic. Our kitchen extension project was a significant undertaking. Tan was brilliant with helping with the design and the highly complex build requirements.
