Ian turned up on time. He’s very polite and professional. Completed the repair on our roof cleanly and efficiently. We were very impressed and have asked him to do some more work for us on the exterior barge boards and flashing . He sent us a quote for the work within 4 hours which was unbelievable as other companies we asked took over a week.

Work was good but the finishing off was sloppy. I called him back to put right the sloppy finish. He responded immediately and did a good job. I wouldn’t recommend him as the sloppy finish was unacceptable

I used trustrader and must say I thought I was entering another lottery. Well if it was a lottery I hit the jackpot. Abercrombie from the very first contact to the completion of the work were consummate professionals. I was happy with the quote and sought assurance that this would be honoured. No hidden extras. This guarantee was readily given. The workers attended my house promptly and disruption was kept to a minimum. Cleanliness around the job was essential - I didn't want my dog to get into any trouble and I'm pleased to say both workers and dog behaved impeccably. Once the roofing tiles had been replaced as well as the guttering Ian showed me an additional downpipe that he had installed to overcome a structural problem with the house. This additional work was done at no extra cost. Thanks Abercrombie for your outstanding work. I would, without hesitation, both use your services again and am happy to give this review for others to view my experience.
