Before the job started, Richard came to my home on a number of occasions to discuss revisions to the original plan The team lead by Joseph arrived at the agreed date and worked very hard for the 5 day installation of 6 AC units. The work was excellent and the attitude, willingness to dot the i's and cross the T's as the job progressed, was in my experience as good as any trades people I have dealt with over 50 years After the job was completed a Condense pump came on even though the unit was switched off. Joseph came back the following day. The problem was a manufacturer fault and replaced

I’ve used AC Solutions for several years after a poor installation by another company. They’ve serviced the unit annually and as they were reliable I asked them to install my second air conditioner. They gave good advice on what model was best for the room and where it could be positioned. It was installed by Joseph and Harry and I couldn’t fault their work. They were efficient and friendly and did a great job, politely answering any questions. They tidied everything away, explained how to use it and even helped me download the app. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company!

Richard visited me initially and I was very impressed by his knowledge and willingness to provide exactly what was right for me without a hard sell. Pardon the pun but the whole team were a breath of fresh air. On installation day Joe, James and Harry were the best workmen I’ve ever employed…and I’m an old woman so have had decades of work being done in my bungalow. All of the guys explained everything, were professional and very clean and tidy. They worked very hard and are obviously happy with their job and proud of what they achieve. I also had a full demo of the air con. Nothing was too much trouble and they all did a brilliant job. I’m delighted to highly recommend this great team. And. I love the air conditioners. From first contact, AC Solutions team were a delight to work with. The initial appointment and survey was arranged quickly and conveniently. Richard was thorough in his inspection and came up with plans and ideas on the spot. The quote was clear and all inclusive. There were no footnotes about extras that might be needed. We had a tight schedule, and he gave us a team to do the job in our timeframe. At the start of work, all of the ACS team were polite, knowledgeable and I felt they were fully trustworthy. They created only a minimal amount of dirt, which they cleaned very thoroughly. They dealt with all small details carefully and completed the work on time. Overall, AC Solutions provided what in my experience was the highest possible level of service. The company went beyond my expectations, and even my wife, who has nightmares about building and engineering work in our house, was completely relaxed and happy. Fully exceptional, can-do culture.

I am extremely happy with the AC/Heat Pump installation made by AC Solutions Group Ltd (Watford), the level of service was best in class, every single query I raised was perfectly answered with infinite patience, the work done by the installation team met the highest standards, they could find solutions for all the challenges such as hiding the pipe work on the front and back the house. I just do not know how this company could have made things any better, it is as good it gets level of service, the sort of level you normally only get from glossy marketing material but never in real life.

Excellent from initial quote to installation, polite, informative, clean and respectful to my home. Patiently explained the operation of the AC unit and the best way to use the unit.
