Academy came to replace majority of the radiator valves at our assisted-living Lodge. They hadn’t been replaced in quite some time and they are all working perfectly which is a relief for the winter. The guys that came were very courteous and very polite and very very tidy. Would definitely recommend. I will definitely be moving our contracts with maintenance for boilers over with Academy in the future.

The company visited us previously to check our requirements and offer advice, which was clear and easy to understand. A quotation arrived promptly and the amount shown was the amount I paid. We did not seek any other quotations, since we wished to use this company, which had serviced our boiler many times. I believe the price to be reasonable. The company came at the agreed time and the installation went very smoothly. They needed to return the following day to complete the work; this they did at the time they specified. There was no mess left behind for us to clear up. The manager came with his experienced assistant and offered good advice on how to use the new boiler. We have always found this company very easy to deal with and I believe their expertise to be very good. They never push for sales and offer sound advice, which I have always accepted as true and showing knowledge and expertise. Nothing went wrong with the installation, but I am confident it would have been sorted professionally.

I have used Academy Heating to service our boiler for a number of years, which included a replacement boiler in 2019 and have always been happy with their work. They are prompt, polite and friendly and carry out their work with no fuss or bother. They explain what they have tested for and what the results mean, also when an extra job is likely to be needed as part of a service in future. They do a good job and tidy up after themselves. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will continue to use them in future.

I have used Academy Heating for a few years now. They always give me good advice and save me money where they can. They respond quickly, have a look at the job before they start it and give a quotation. They replaced my boiler yesterday and my shower a few weeks ago. Both men explained what they were doing and why. They both gave an incredible service, left the job tidy and advised me to call back with any teething problems, which there have been none. I am delighted with my new shower and boiler and will book them for my annual service. Also Clare in the office is so helpful and tries to help out even out of hours. I am so impressed by this company and always recommend them.

Academy Heating have serviced my Worcester Bosch combination boiler for several years and I have been very satisfied with their service. The attending engineer was evidently highly experienced and was able to resolve an intermittent fault we had experienced with the water occasionally running cold when showering. My impression is that this company offers honest and reliable advice and provides good value for money. I have used several other local boiler engineers/heating company's, but I would have no hesitation in recommending this company as being the best in this locality.

Academy Heating replaced my boiler two years ago, they serviced it last year and came out last week as we noticed a noise coming from the airing cupboard. The person on the phone arranged an engineer to call round the same day and the engineer was friendly but professional. I was reassured what the fault was and I therefore, would recommend Academy Heating to family and friends.

John attended our house to service the boiler he installed in May 2020. Usual friendly and professional service and he fixed a new radiator thermostat for us as well while he was here. Nothing is too much trouble for the team, highly recommended. Thank you John, Clare and team.

On returning home from holiday, we were greeted by water leaking from an upper floor pipe. As we could not turn off the water supply, it was an emergency. I phoned our regular plumber, but he was away on holiday. On the recommendation of a friend, I phoned Academy. Despite me not being an existing customer, their office was constructive in attitude and responsive, getting a plumber to us within a couple of hours. He was efficient, reassuring and resourceful in carrying out an effective repair of the leaking pipe. In summary, Academy were timely, efficient, helpful in a stressful situation - and, not least, reasonably priced.

Academy have just completed the 6th annual service of the boiler they installed in 2018. I am very pleased with this boiler and the subsequent servicing. Academy are friendly and efficient, reliable and trustworthy.

Academy have serviced my Worcester Bosch boiler for several years and I have always been pleased with their service. When I experienced a problem with my hot water intermittently running cold, Academy attended promptly and diagnosed the problem as a defective (scaled up) heat exchanger. They returned on an agreed date and promptly replaced the part, which has solved the problem. Through all my interactions with this company, I have found them to be reliable and honest and accurate in their diagnosis when dealing with a fault. Their engineers clearly have a good knowledge of Worcester Bosch boilers and I always feel confident that I trust both their advice and the quality of their work.

A huge thank you to Academy Heating. Who replaced an ancient hot water cylinder and installed a new pump, including associated parts, in my home. To fix my ailing central heating system. John and Duncan were professional, knowledgeable, and undertook the work with some humour on a bitterly cold day, and cleaned up afterwards. I am very pleased with the work carried out. The fan in my 22 year old boiler failed during a cold snap. John turned up the same day, diagnosed the problem and advised parts were required that would take a day to source. A day later John turned up with the necessary parts and the boiler was promptly back on line. Academy heating fitted the boiler and service it and in 21 years this is the second breakdown and both were fixed promptly and without fuss. I would definetely reccomend this company and will use them again in the future, to repair/replace the boiler.

I have used the company’s service for over 8 years. They installed a new boiler, completed annual checks in the rented property where we lived previously. Now, after we moved into our new apartment and I called them with no hesitation for the annual boiler check as I can fully rely on the service and trust 100%. They do their work perfectly! This time just a routine boiler service, but this firm installed our new Worcester boiler, along with several radiators, some 6 years ago and has maintained the boiler ever since. Along the way, they have given sage advice as to how best to run the system, prompted a Worcester service call when needed, and have always turned up on time.

Academy Heating recently serviced my boiler and found that it wasn't running properly. They ordered the required parts and repaired the boiler quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending them - quick, efficient, competent, and friendly to boot!
