"Access Garage doors are amazing. Came when they said and fixed my door quickly. One of the metal rods had snapped and they came later that week to fix it after an initial assessment. My in-laws have used them to put new electric garage doors in and are very happy with the work. The staff are super friendly and efficient both in the office as well as the door specialists and even drilled a hole for the existing catch so we can double lock the garage. Very happy and will definitely use again!"
"Found Access Garage Doors Watford branch as a recommendation on the web, and a neighbour was also pleased with their work on their garage. Wanted to replace an old heavy up and over door with an electric roller shutter type. Went to their showroom in Watford, looksd at options and arranged for their surveyor to quote us. He arrived in the advised time slot and did a thorough survey and gave us some advice. Ordered door the following day. Door took about 4 weeks to arrive at their depot from the manufacturer and I booked an install for within 2 weeks later. Fitter was extremely pleasant, very efficient and cleaned up after the install. He went through the operating process very thoroughly. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the quality of both the door and the installation. Would recommend Access Garage Doors without any hesitation."

I recently ordered a replacement garage door remote and booked an appointment to have it programmed. The engineer attended, and programmed the remote very quickly. The actual work took only a few minutes. During the visit he sprayed some WD-40 and replaced the battery in another remote. The whole visit was very brief and the engineer was not particularly helpful – for example, I had to move items in the garage myself to access the control unit and there was no offer to assist. I was charged £111 for a service which I found surprising given how little work was carried out. I queried the invoice, and was told this is their minimum labour charge for any work up to 20 minutes, something that was not clearly explained beforehand. While the remote works, the overall experience left me feeling that the charge was disproportionate to the amount of work carried out. Please ask about minimum call-out or labour charges before booking, as these can be significantly higher than expected.
