We found Nathan eight years ago, we had our floor, kitchen redone and have some work done to the roof. The work was excellent. This time we asked Nathan to help us with our full house refurbishment. The project was expertly managed from start to finish, with regular meetings that helped us stay within budget. I rarely leave reviews but wanted to give a massive shoutout to Nathan, who is probably the best builder we have ever come across. We have him removed a non structural and then a structural wall in the kitchen. The latter was obvs a very complicated job, but he worked so hard to find a cost effective solution for us and sorted out all the building approval works. He made sure the site was as clean as possible everyday he finished work, which was really helpful as we have a small child. Not to mention his high quality of work. We feel very lucky to have him and would defo use him again.

We recently used Adroit Property for the first phase of our internal refurbishment, including removing three chimney breasts, relocating the staircase, installing five structural steel beams, demolishing internal masonry walls, and forming new timber stud partitions. This was a complex structural package, handled with confidence and professionalism throughout. Pricing was clear and well broken down from the outset, and communication on site was consistent, so we always knew how works were progressing. As a structural engineer, I paid close attention to the structural elements and was reassured by the care taken with steel installation and sequencing. Their attention to detail gave real confidence in the quality delivered. Overall, a reliable, well-organised team who delivered exactly what was agreed. We’d happily recommend Adroit Property for similar refurbishment works.
