Very rapid response after I walked into my kitchen to find the floor under water - AE had someone with me within 40 minutes of calling. Quickly identified the fault and made a repair to a pipe that had awkwardly burst inside the wall. The craftsman clearly knew what he was doing and cleaned up after himself as well. Very happy with the service and would recommend for emergencies!

Called at midday the 2 Engineers Arian and Mohammed were at my place at 1.30pm .. they communicated brilliantly what my issue was and got straight to work. They worked efficiently and quickly to fix what in their words was a major blockage in just 2 hours ... 2 guys came out within a couple hours of calling on a Sunday afternoon. They talked me through how my drains were blocked, talked me through the costs and their solutions and they finished in a couple hours. My drains are now clear and I am very happy with the service.

Our neighbours were having their drains unblocked by the specialists and they noticed more blockages were on our property too, which they politely and plainly explained and showed to us. They were kind enough to unblock our drains, there and then, and provided helpful tips to avoid blockage in the future. The professionals were quick and the several blockages were dealt with in under an hour, and compared to others we found online, were £130 cheaper! Rafi immediately picked up job and sent worksmen within the hour and was very realistic explaining the details of blockage how and where could be problems with different levels of remediation to set it back working The engineer who visited very nice and genuine man inspected area and did wonderful job explaining what is issue and advised on how to avoid future blockage. Great and fast service! I made a request for a quote on a blocked drained, and a minute later AE called me to book for the same day. The team that visited were very courteous and professional. Within 45 minutes the issue was dealt!

The help on the phone was brilliant, managed to talk me through getting the water shut off and sent out plumbers to fix the leak in less than 2h. They were diligent and competent, and had everything fixed and were on their way in only a couple of hours. Very happy!

I was extremely pleased with the work carried out by AE Plumbing & Drainage. I had an issue with pests (vermin) in my sewer, plus the knock-on effect of plumbing problems caused as a result of the vermin. AE Plumbing promptly sorted out the pest problem, and fixed the plumbing issue. Considering the amount of time and work it took to fix the issues - I would say that the cost was reasonable. We had an amazingly quick and effective service from AE Plumbing . They were very friendly, acomodating and experienced. Went to the source of the problem directly and fixed it quickly.

Phoned up in the morning with a serious leak abd issues with the shower dripping in awkward places and they fixed the issue with two really efficient abd considerate experts by midday! All at a very good price. Will use again!
