He is so friendly and if we hadn’t started up conversation and offered him coffee, you wouldn’t have even known he was there! His quote was the most reasonable of all the ones we received and he actually listened to what we wanted and our budget. He arranged all the building inspections etc. Andy is amazing, highly recommend"
