If you’re looking for fast and professional service, and especially if you want the best possible satellite TV signal, I highly recommend this company. One of the installers, James in particular, is a real miracle worker when it comes to improving signal quality. Excellent professionalism, quick service, and great expertise. We needed a replacement outdoor aerial. Aerial Services rang me to arrange a quote. They came as arranged, was very professional & wasn't “pushy”” like other firms I had dealt with. A price was agreed & the aerial was installed & tested. We were very pleased with Jason the engineer & James who came to assist. Highly recommend this company.

My elderly mother’s external TV arial was leaning off the chimney. I left a message and Jon rang me back really promptly and arranged for an engineer to call the next day. Harley arrived at the arranged time. He told me what the problem was and gave me a quote that I thought very reasonable. He carried out the work within the given quoted timescale. He was polite, personable, professional and very efficient. He checked to make sure everything was working on the tv indoors before leaving. He took the old arial away. I am very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend.

James from Aerial Services Ltd did a great job efficiently and effectively: called ahead, came at the time promised, and left everything spotless, despite having to drill through crumbling red brick. Its great to finally have a digital signal!! Highly recommended!

James the engineer did an excellent job connecting our aerial system, which had been left incomplete by the previous owner. We had cables on either side of the living room but none where our TV is located. He carefully identified the correct signal cable, extended it, and neatly drilled behind the wall to bring the connection exactly where we needed it. The whole process was smooth, professional, and the result exceeded our expectations. Instead of having visible cables across the fireplace, everything is now hidden behind the TV.

Would highly recommend and use Ariel Services again; they responded promptly to my job post and arranged for an engineer to visit within 24hrs. My engineer, Daniel was both personable and professional, and was able to quickly diagnose and resolve my tv signalling issue. What I particularly liked about Ariel Services was that they don’t charge a call out fee but provide a quote for the job only once the engineer has identified the problem. There is no obligation to have the engineer proceed with the job but I elected to as their pricing was competitive.

Aerial services contacted me and we arranged a time and day for someone to come and take a look and give me a quote, a guy named Jason arrived on time and I was running a little late (15 minutes ) he kindly waited for me, took a look at what I wanted doing, gave me a reasonable quote and was able to do it there and then, he was totally professional, talked through what he was doing, was totally okay with my 3 big dogs, they were locked away lol, and he managed to do a excellent job in a good time, I could not of asked for anyone better, absolutely brilliant service. Thank you .

I noticed problems with my TV reception (see before picture, suggesting a faulty aerial, so I made a request for a quote via Checkatrade. This provider responded quickly and by that afternoon an engineer was inspecting, and found that the aerial needed replacement. Within 2hr, I had a brand-new and fully functioning aerial providing excellent reception to my TV. The only reason I gave this provider and 8/10 on communication is that engineer didn’t check with me before installing the new aerial. However I consider this to be a minor issue and would rate this provider. Recommended!

Rang in the morning and same day service. Broken aerial removed and new one fitted. Helpful and efficient service, friendly professional who took photos of work needed and explained fully works completed. Very happy.

They came as promised and Harley the engineer explained what was required. After agreeing with him then proceeded to install the Aerial and connect it up to the TV for my Mother in Law in her Annexe. The job was completed to a high standard and we were very happy with the work carried out

Harley was punctual, pleasant and efficient. He checked out the problem, gave me a quote, carried out the job, and explained what he was doing. I had to pop out and he was very patient waiting for me to come back even though he had finished.

Very pleased. Nice and clean worker. Did checks found I did not need a new Arial just needed a new piece of wiring and tuned the tv . Nice and quick and friendly.

Sam was a very professional young man he checked the walls were adequate to take the fixture and cleaned up superbly after he finished he helped us put a door back on that fell off in my hands being OAPs think he could tell we were not good at diy 🤣 would definitely recommend this service

I was unsure on whether my wall would hold a wall-mounted TV and was worried about damage since we had a wallpapered wall. Sam came around the day after I put my request out and was really helpful in assessing and explaining the type of wall I had and what we could consider to make sure it was safe to complete the work. He gave me a quote then and there with no pressure on making a decision. He came back the same week to complete the job which we are very happy with. The work was quick, made decisions needed and tidy workmanship. Thanks again!
