"Our walk in shower tiles were poorly done and needed to be removed and redone along with the waterproofing. Adrian was very clear that it could mean removing the screed and building a new substrate. The quote was sent promptly and was fair and transparent. The workers were polite, professional and tidy. Luckily the extent of the damage from the previous poor workmanship was less than anticipated and Adrian, unprompted, revised the quote. The job was completed on time and with minimal disturbance. Highly recommend if you want reliable expertise!"
