I had phoned the company about my mother’s radiator and explained she was 91 with dementia and the radiator was not working at all and it being cold they said they would send someone out soon, they phoned me to say when he would be on his way so I could be there. A young man called Tom came to my mother’s property wearing a mask, gloves and plastic over his shoes and explained who he was to her, he fixed the problem in not time at all, he was very polite and left no mess at all, nothing was too much trouble he said any more problems just call the office straight away, I would recommend this company for the courteous and quick action they took in fixing the problem for my mother, and in such difficult times too,
