Alex and the team did a fantastic job repainting our living room and hall / stairs / landing - completing the work to a very high standard in the estimated timeframe. Super easy to deal with, they arrived punctually every day and minimised disruption / dust through their thorough preparations. Would definitely recommend!

Alex and his team painted the exterior of our house and we are delighted with the job that they have done. We were particularly impressed by the level of preparation, punctuality, attention to detail and tidiness. They were meticulous about filling cracks, and all windows and the patio were fully protected to ensure that there were no unwanted paint splashes. Alex did such a good job on our old metal garage doors that they now look as good as new. We will definitely be using Alex again in the future and we would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Alex has worked for us on several occasions since 2019. He has painted all outside doors, windows & soffits. Also internal painting and decorating including a hand painted wooden kitchen. His work has always been completed to a high standard, efficient and clean. I have no hesitation in recommending Alex and already have him booked for more work in April 2024.

We had the whole of our property decorated inside, walls, doors, cupboards, skirting @ ceilings in 15 rooms. They were excellent decorators advising on paint etc. they worked with little disturbance or mess and left the house every night tidy. I couldn't recommend Alex and his team @ A J Decorators any higher and will definitely be using them again. I have no hesitation in referring them to my family & friends.

AJ Decorators under took the painting of the exterior woodwork on our Edwardian House. The house is very tall so they and they arranged for scaffolding to be erected the week before they started. ( I hadmbooked the work months in advance after receiving a few different quotes from local companies and they started the work on time.) They also made all the relevant repairs to the rotten woodwork and window sills. The preparation of all the woodwork was very thorough and they even replaced some wood that was beyond repair. Throughout the 4 weeks that they were with us, they were always on time, always polite and finished the job to a very high standard and on budget. We are extremely happy with the finish and nearly two years on, the house still looks great. I have since recommended them to others as I was completely satisfied with their service and rate Alex and his team very highly. Would definitely use again next time I need some paint work.

Alex has decorated almost all of the interior of our house over the years, and we have always been extremely happy with the quality of work, and to have them working in our home. They are excellent.

Alex did an amazing job painting our main bedroom, dressing room, bathroom, hallway, dining room, tv room, hand painted kitchen units, exterior painting of windows, doors. He is trustworthy, tidy, polite and punctual. We are so pleased with all work done and will be booking him in for further work.

We hired Alex to repaint the exterior of our 4-storey house and the result is superb. I had met Alex previously when he carried out the same work on a house I was a tenant in, and I had witnessed first hand the quality of his work, his attention to the detail, and his consideration for everyone, owners or tenants. For me, he was the obvious choice, and I have already recommended him to neighbours. It was a pleasure to have him and his team on site, and his advice on a number of things was simply invaluable.

Alex was fantastic. He prepared and decorated thirteen exterior windows and three doors for us. The work was done really well, in a short time-frame and everything was left immaculate. I felt complete trust in Alex and would definitely hire him again.

Punctual, polite, quiet, clean, efficient. Alex redecorated 2 bedrooms, including all woodwork, walls and ceilings. Excellent work with no fuss. We hardly noticed he was in the house! Looking forward to him doing more work for us in the near future!

Arrived on time to paint front and back of house. The work was done to the agreed schedule and budget. They were extremely tidy, polite and hard working. They covered everything that need to be covered with dust protectors. We were extremely satisfied with the work carried out by them and would not hesitate to recommend them

Alex and John repainted the outside weatherboarding and windows of our house. They repaired or replaced rotten wood where necessary and worked very tidily and quietly. Despite the searing temperatures, wasps nest and fierce sunlight, they just got on with the job and both worked extremely hard. We have already asked Alex to quote for more work and look forward to using him again.

Alex decorated a bedroom which included making good where power sockets had been moved, and painting the walls ceiling and woodwork. Was clear on price and availability, turned up when he said he would, did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. Will definitely be using him again.

Having had our bedroom and hallway plastered we wanted our rooms decorated and were keen to have it completed to a professional and high standard. Alex certainly didn't disappoint. His thorough and fastidious preparation meant the final painted and wallpapered walls were near faultless. Continual checking of his own work and attention detail are what makes his work so impressive. The work was on budget and Alex was extremely helpful and accommodating.

AJ Decorating Sevenoaks did a simply amazing job on the exterior decoration of our Grade II listed weatherboarded house, dealing expertly and efficiently with a lot more repair work than was originally expected. The finished decoration was the best we have had over the 25 years we have lived in the property, and the communication and customer service experience was first-rate throughout.
