Possibly better consultation of work as the job progressed

Called last week for quote on replacing kitchen mixer tap. Jamie estimated the cost and arranged a visit today at 9am. 8.50 he arrived,how unusual for a tradesman to be on time these days. Completed the replacement tap and was even £10 less than the estimate he gave me, again very unusual nowadays. Will definitely keep his number and would highly recommend this family plumbers.
