"I just gave Alex 5 stars on everything. He didnt actually work on the fridge physically. My mums fridge/freezer went and I spoke to him about the problem over the phone - and he was able to troubleshoot and recommended replacing the fridge/freezer as the repair was expensive (new compressor) and as mums fridge was old probably not worth it. What a gentleman gave me 10 mins of his time - could have easily booked a visit. Honest, professional and had very good product knowledge to be able to resolve this remotely. Thanks Alex."

Alex came, saw and conquered. He repaired my washing machine in no-time and also fixed something small in my over. He was polite and professional throughout and knew exactly what to do. I would definitely call on him again and would happily recommend him to friends and family.
