I hired All Green to clear my very overgrown garden and can honestly say they did a great job. They were very thorough, they carried out the work as discussed in my quote so no hidden extras. Would highly recommend them.
Initially meant to come between 11:30 and 12:30 but arrived at 12:45 with no prior acknowledgement. The lead did apologies and said it was due to traffic why they late. Started we a walk through with the quote and to make sure an agreement we what they need to do. I think about a 5 man team ranging from people sorting the tree and bush cut down and others doing the cutting of the grass, trimming of the bushes and the tidy up. Initial over view of what was done was very good but didn’t do the end of the garden which only needed them clear it up. Once I mentioned it they cleared it up. All good.

Get an itemised quote that separates plants and materials, any machinery or skip hire, and labour — a vague 'garden makeover' lump sum hides where the money goes and makes extra charges easy to add later.
Be wary of paying a large sum up front 'for materials' — agree staged payments against work you can see completed, especially for hard landscaping like patios, decking, paving or driveways.
Tree work and anything near a boundary can be regulated — protected trees and conservation areas often need permission, and removing a protected tree can be an offence. Confirm what is allowed, and that they carry public-liability insurance, before work starts.
Ask to see a portfolio of completed work like yours, plus recent references you can contact.
