Absolutely fantastic service. We had no water coming out of the hot taps and did not know why. Assumed it was an air lock but nothing worked. We looked on Trust Pilot for a local Heating and Plumbing Service with high recommendations and found Alliance. We made a call and Paul came later that day. He had a good look at the tank in the loft, the taps and the hot water cylinder and determined that the problem was the hot water cylinder. He answered all our questions and explained in detail what needed to be done and how much it would cost. A few days later the job was done. Paul is a real gentleman, polite, professional, respectful, knowledgeable and someone you can trust to do a fantastic job. The work was done to a high standard, with care and respect for the property, there was no mess and we are very pleased with the finished outcome. Would recommend Paul and Lee to anyone.
