Colin and the team were brilliant. The quote changed slightly after a closer inspection, but he was very thorough in explaining why he couldn’t do what he initially budgeted for. I really appreciated the honesty, and candour in his approach to the job. Would definitely use him again ??

Spoke with Colin regarding a job in my loft. After our conversation he told me to send him an email with contact details, address etc. I also included some photos. He said he would come the following day to have a look at the job. Waited in all day but he did not turn up or contact me at all to let me know if he couldn't come. I confirmed with him the email address that he gave me prior to sending my information. Very disappointing!!

We are very happy with the several jobs which Colin and his colleague completed on our house. Their work is of high quality and they were polite, efficient and effective in how they carried out the different tasks. They also helped to fix some smaller items and left everything clean and tidy. We would certainly recommend them to others and will use them again in the future.

I cannot rate Allied Build high enough. From start to finish the work was completed to a very high standard. I was consulted all the way through and despite the quantity of emergent work the quote was honoured. There was a lot more work than anticipated but he came in within the quote and timescales. Highly recommended

A very good and professional job completed by Colin and Chris. Always willing to work with you to make sure they are providing the job that YOU want. Always arrived promptly in a morning and worked right through until evening. Stayed on the job until it was complete. Always made sure that the area they had been working in was cleaned after they had finished a days work. Would highly recommend Allied Build!

Very pleased , everyone sees the new floor likes it . GGood workmanship has been proven by the test of time.

The outside wooden sill had rotted and as it was a single piece of wood that ran underneath the patio doors it had rotted through to the inside skirting board. Colin fitted a solid wood replacement without having to remove the patio doors, which another joiner said would have to be done and quoted much more for. He treated, primed and painted the new wood inside and out. Removed all the debris and hoovered inside. Reasonable quote, quick, 4 hours and clean job. Very pleasant and polite man. Would use again.

Repointing cracks on exterior wall Colin has done a good job although this is a relatively small job. He has given me useful advice and explained very well afterward about what he did. Highly recommend him.

Guttering and down pipes to garden shed and some wooden panels replaced the work was carried out very professionally and when finished left clean and tidy. I found Colin to be very approachable and very fairly priced for the work to be done. I would highly recommend him top tradesman all round I will definitely be contacting him again in the future for any work I may need doing.
