We instructed Allround Building Services to build our dream loft. We had been saving for a while so we're looking for the right team. The quote was mid range, but we decided to settle on them because of initial visit and how friendly and helpful Asad was, he even advised us on how to use the space more efficiently and he hadn't even been given the job yet! Throughout the build the team were brilliant, they worked hard and the completed outcome represents that. 2 additional bedrooms and bath have made a huge difference.

The workmen were very punctual and easy to communicate with in comparison to other companies I have used. The work was completed to a very high standard and quality building supplies were used. I was regularly informed if any changes or adaptations were required to any part of the build. Even with the initial quotation I was offered several options with varying budgets for the work needed. As this was a structural repair I opted for a permanent solution and everything went as planned, on time and on budget.

I updated my garden and needed a few decorative walls building for my raised beds. The guys came and did a really nice job. Definitely be using them again when I have saved for the next stage of works to complete paving slabs.

The company was prompt with their timing and completed the work to a very high standard. I have a very old property so some issues cropped up whilst work was being done. I was informed of these and given an option to sort it now or do it later. Compared to other companies I found the tradesman very good with communication and he also had links to other trades people for carrying out other work for future dates. Quality materials were used for any work carried out as I did keep an eye on the work done. The clearly take pride in their work.

Asad is an outstanding skilled builder who is exceptional and flexible. He renovated the whole bathroom from scratch in 7 days. With his team he had managed to turn this round so quickly whilst other builders estimated 2 weeks. He give me sound advise and was very accommodating to my needs despite Easter holidays He worked throughout to get the bathroom installed as soon as possible. We needed our dated house windows and doors changed, we contacted the team who came round to give us a quote, we accepted. When it came to the installation the guys were professional. We especially love the over all finishing after door changes, and this winter our flat was nice and warm due to new windows. Thanks guys!

Our bathroom pipe leaked, we called Allround Building Services. They came round and said they could fix it same day as they had an afternoon free. They cut the ceiling from downstairs and made the repair. They said they would return after a week to ensure there was no other leak. Sure enough, they returned and made the repair. So simple, no headache.

I needed a mancave to accommodate a games room. I wasn't sure about what size I was allowed to build up to without planning permission. Asad advised me of what I could do. They built the room with my requirements in mind including speakers, lighting, entertainment unit. He even recommended a pool table specialist who I ended up using to source a table. They even added a few sockets for free because they thought there were not enough. To be fair they have come in use. We are planning a loft conversion for next year and we will NOT be using anyone else!

My Shed was leaking, Asad was very professional and cost effective in getting the repair done. I had to do nothing he took care of everything for me. Was at my door at the given time and completed the work as per the schedule he gave.
