On 21st Nov they attended my property to complete a roof repair. The cement repair failed quickly. By Jan large chunks of the cement had fallen out. Allstar roofing have been contacted but failed to turn up. •     18th Jan called Stephen and he said he would fix it one evening of that week. He did not turn up •     27th Jan called Stephen and said he would fix the roof by Saturday 30th. •     2nd Feb sent a text to Stephen with a picture asking him to attend. The text was read but he did not reply. They’ve had 4 weeks to fix the repair. I’m £250 out of pocket and my house will suffer more water damage.

Stephen was very prompt everyday and reliable. His sites were clean and tidy. And works undertaken to a very high standard. Would recommend and not hesitate to use him again, as and when required.

Allstar roofing completed our flat roof. George, Mark, Steven and their team members worked for 2 days on our roof. We were very impressed and happy with their work. They were all very polite and professional. Work was completed on time. I highly recommend them.
