Jon replaced my elderly parents’ flat roof. He was reliable, punctual and gave them different options - repair or full replacement. The price was fair and the work completed quickly. No pressure to accept the quote. Gave them time to decide what they wanted to do. He was polite and respectful and we would highly recommend.

Jon and his team were great. They got started within 3 weeks and did the work to a good standard. They had a good strategy for accessing the roof with a ladder system and managed to avoid lengthy waits for scaffolding. Very competent with the flat roof replacement, ridge, valley and soffit repairs.

The quality of work and attitude of contractors was very good, but we did have a misunderstanding of the costs of extra work. I would recommend any extra work costs are agreed in writing rather than by telephone and subsequently changed based on the interpretation of contractual terms.

Jon was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He sent a lot of photos showing the state of the roof and explained carefully the work that needed to be done. The work was done well, quickly and efficiently.

Really impressed with the service. The communication was excellent on what was going to happen and when, and the whole process was incredibly slick. Scaffolders had the scaffolding up the day before the work and it was back down again 2 days after they finished and all were polite, helpful and cleaned up well - even spotting we had a rogue plant growing up there we didn’t know and took it down for us. Thoroughly recommend.

I had my old flat roof and fascias renewed by Alpha roofing. They installed insulation to get the roof to the current regulations and we have noticed how much warmer the kitchen is now.

I got a survey the day after calling and the price was very competitive. They fixed the leaks on the ridge two days later so I’m very impressed with the service and would recommend.
