I had a prompt response and a fair quote with which I was content and gave approval to order and fit the glass. The communication was excellent and I was updated at each point from receipt of the glass, date for fitment and when the tradesmen were setting off from their previous job. The tradesmen were polite, professional and the job was completed in a very quick time."
