James's project management including the arrival of goods, skip arrival and return, and the external works from electrician and plasterer all handled without issue for me. This company was so easy to work with. From the initial meeting with James who went through our options for the new bathroom, to completion, everything when smoothly. The guys worked hard to create the beautiful result. Their attention to the smallest detail was outstanding. Their respect for our home was another bonus point for us. They were as tidy as they could possibly be while carrying out our renovation. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough and already have sent their details to friends and family. I look forward to enjoying our lovely bathroom for years to come and hope that the impulse to just walk in and look at it wears off soon 🤣

Recommend to us by several people, James didn’t disappoint. From initial meeting, through to the finished bathroom, James has been amazing. Fabulous communication throughout. Advising us where to look, what to look for and arranged to meet us at Trend in Lye to gather our ideas. Having a good eye for what works he would tell us if something wasn’t a good idea, and why. He’s been a great support. Both James and Rob were great to have around and went above and beyond to make sure the refurb was seamless. At the end of each day they tidied up thoroughly. While with us they even sorted a downstairs plumbing issue and creaky landing floor boards. Totally trustworthy, we were happy to let them get on with it. We enjoyed having them around and we’re sorry to see them go. The finished bathroom is amazing. James is a perfectionist and his work is meticulous. Now we’ve time to look at the finished work we can see his attention to detail. We would recommend him 100%.

James and Rob have just finished our bathroom, and they’ve done an absolutely brilliant job. From the moment they arrived, they were friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely seemed to care about getting everything just right. Their attention to detail was spot on with all the little finishing touches that really make a difference. They worked so neatly and kept everything tidy throughout, which made such a difference when you’re still living in the house. They were efficient without ever making us feel rushed and they were both completely trustworthy, we were totally comfortable just leaving them to it. They were both also very considerate of our two cats who aren’t a fan of guests, but they seemed to have a soft spot for these two!! The bathroom looks amazing and feels like a totally new space. I’m genuinely so pleased with how it’s turned out. I’d 100% recommend James and Rob to anyone thinking about getting work done. They’re brilliant at what they do!!

James and Rob have done an absolutely immaculate and beautiful job on our bathroom. From the initial design (which moved the layout around and has given us so much more space) to advice on finishes and final touches - they’ve been fabulous. It looks stunning, is perfectly matched to our needs and the whole process was super stress free. I’ve never had such clean and tidy tradesmen in our house - every evening things were left spotless and neat. They have a real eye for detail and are perfectionists in their work - so the final result shows their focus. They were a pleasure to be around and even put up with our menagerie of pets! Would 100% recommend. Still can’t get over that the bathroom is ours!!!

I am more than pleased with the way my bathroom has turned out. I highly recommend James bathrooms I had a rough idea of what I wanted but James design and advice was beyond what I expected. He is a perfectionist and James will advise on your bathroom make over every step of the way, he will even try and find parts for the bathroom of good quality but at a reasonable price and I have taken on all his suggestions and don't regret any of them. James is the real deal I highly recommend him, and Rob does a wonderful job too ( especially the cleaning up) Their singing leaves a lot to be desired but you can't have it all.

James completed a full bathroom refit. He listened to our requirements and made practical suggestions to meet our needs. James and Rob are a great team, we found them to be friendly and professional. They cleaned and tidied up at the end of each day. James was meticulous in his work and attention to detail and we are over the moon with our new bathroom. We would highly recommend them.

The first thing they did was to protect all of the carpets when walking through.
