Hisham, was knowledgeable and gave his opinion on the things that were potentially amiss. He let me know when he would arrive and was on time. He went over and beyond in dealing with some difficult plumbing to identify and correct the issue. Professional and engendered confidence thoughout! A massive thank you! You minimised stress and angst, around should I replace or repair!"
