This gentleman did a job absolutely thoroughly. I have had well known professional carpet cleaners and I have to say Aqua Cleaners beat them all. I would certainly have him again and again.

Communicating with Richard and being provided with a quote was a breeze. He and the team were very polite in taking my calls, and provided me with a thoroughly explained quote. This made me feel confident about hiring his firm. This was refreshing compared to other firms I've spoken to (who were very vague about what they were providing, which didn't make me feel very secure!). On that basis, I proceeded with Aqua Cleaners. He and his team were very thorough and made sure that they got the job done to a high standard, rather than just going through the motions. Upon arriving we went through the list to agree what needed to be cleaned. At the end of the cleaning, we went through the list again and did a quick inspection. Richard insisted that we made sure we were happy and let us know if we had anything else we wanted him to do. Overall, happy with the job, and he provided competitive pricing for the level of work he did. Would recommend the firm and I would use them again!
