Josh and Rhys have attended the property and paid extra attention to detail, stayed out of hours in very difficult and awkward circumstances and would not leave until they had complete customer satisfaction with a guarantee to come back and rectify another companies work. "We contacted Aquaheat to have our heating system changed, in an annexe next to our house, from a Nest to a Hive. Connor and another engineer came out and were both brilliant, very helpful and knowledgeable. However, the system didn't work correctly in our house and Aquaheat told me they would order another part to try and rectify this. Since then they haven't returned any of my emails. We are left having paid over £500 for a system that cannot be controlled in the annexe and a thermostat that only works in the main house - not dissimilar from the Nest that we were replacing. Very disappointing"

We contacted Aquaheat to have our heating system changed, in an annexe next to our house, from a Nest to a Hive. Connor and another engineer came out and were both brilliant, very helpful and knowledgeable. However, the system didn't work correctly in our house and Aquaheat told me they would order another part to try and rectify this. Since then they haven't returned any of my emails.
