Work completed by Andrew who I would definitely use again. He took his time to make sure everything was fitted correctly. Whole process was very straightforward.

Andrew arrived on time and did the work really well. Andrew sealed up the washbasin for me. Which was a nice added bonus. Also Andrew left no mess and he was friendly. I would recommend him.

We had a leaking overflow pipe from our main storage tank. Andrew visited the same day as we reported the problem and dealt with the problem ball valve very professionally. He was very polite and diligent throughout, even sending a video of his work by WhatsApp I would certainly use this company again.

Andrew was recommended by a family member, who was very pleased with his work when replacing some bathroom taps. Our electric shower had stopped working and the pull cord light had gone out. Andrew responded quickly to our email request for a quote and arrived punctually. He diagnosed the fault very quickly, and returned a few days later to fix the electrical fault. During the time he was here, he was delightful, friendly, chatty and very knowledgeable. He fixed the shower issue and replaced the bathroom taps too. He went above and beyond what he needed to do, it was so nice dealing with him. We had been "bitten" previously by Cowboy electricians, but Andrew's reassuring manner was brilliant. We highly recommend him and he is returning to do some other plumbing work.

Highly recommend Andrew. Andrew was friendly, polite, punctual, trustworthy and professional. He has attention to detail and will go the extra mile to ensure the job is perfect. He takes the time to explain the issue and let us know how he will tackle it. I first met Andrew when I hired him to arrive on the day that I was moving into a new house to put up my 2 TV’s with a speaker bar. At the time I had removal men moving things in and reassembling furniture. I found Andrew accommodating as he worked around them and then tidied up after himself. Since that time, Andrew has been back and done various other jobs for us. He has installed 2 double sockets in my bedroom, assisted with putting up blinds, investigating some plumbing issues, installing a video doorbell and assembling a table. I also have Andrew booked in to install a Hive system on my very old boiler and potentially change some light fittings too. I will update with another review once the other work is completed

I was very impressed by the quality of the work carried out. I was very grateful for the extra length A&R Williams went to to get the identical parts so that everything looked good. I thought the amount charged was very reasonable and I have no hesitation in recommending them to friends.
