Architectural Designs

We used Architectural Designs for our kitchen extension and follow on advice for our sitting room. Lee really listened to what we were trying to achieve, and then added in some suggestions and advice to make it even better. For example, he suggested the addition of a small kitchen window above the sink to use for ventilation when the Bifolds were not open; we were not sure but his advice proved spot on and we use it all the time. Lee was excellent and it has resulted in a great kitchen extension.

Lee and his team were fantastic throughout the entire process. From initial enquiry all the way through to approval being granted communication was speedy and clear, helpful insights provided on aspects of the design and plans were provided in excellent time for submission. Our first experience with works of this nature and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

I decided to do a loft conversion project and a friend of mine referred me Architectural Designs Services (UK) LTD. They sent me a person (Lee) who arrived on time, measured the house and gave tons of useful advices massively influenced the design (we didn't think about that!). Then 2 weeks later they came with a design, and very proactively reacted on each our note and tried their best to make it better. After 2 days they submit a plan for council to review. I am happy with a plan, and want to work with them again - for cart port conversion - thanks!

Lee and his team were incredibly helpful from start to finish and did a brilliant job with our building control application and all the plans supporting it. This included taking care of a build over agreement with Thames Water for a manhole cover we need relocating. We are now approved and ready to go to build our extension. I have never attempted any architectural drawings / building works before and was apprehensive. After initial contact I was quickly booked in for Lee to come & complete a site inspection. He was very polite and keen to answer any questions I had. The drawings were quickly created and waiting now for the plans to pass! I contacted the company initially for advice about listed building consent for window renovations. Lee took the time to explain things to me and help make sense of a chain of emails from the council that I was struggling with. Architectural drawings and a listed building consent application were then completed quickly and efficiently, and the process was monitored for me. I was very impressed with Architectural Designs and wouldn't hesitate using them again in the future if I need to.

We approached Lee following a recommendation from a neighbour. We had our own ideas of what we wanted to do but Lee was very helpful advising us on what was necessary and making suggestions along the way. During the consultation process, he balanced listening to the ideas of my wife and I with sharing his own informed thoughts on the impact of certain aspects of our ideas. Lee listened and understood what we wanted from the extension. The plans have been drawn up more quickly than we expected and we are pleased with them. Overall, a very positive experience.

Architectural Designs helped us with our ground floor rear extension. In our initial meeting Lee gave us lots of practical advice that instantly saved us money and then Joseph provided drawings with several ideas and helped us to understand our options, always very courteous and prompt with replies to queries.
