Pani from A&S Plumbing & Heating replaced my bath taps, installed a new basin mixer tap and fixed a small leak under the bath. He was professional, turned up on time and did a thorough job - everything is now working perfectly with no leaks. He also gave helpful advice beforehand to make sure I bought the right tap, and provided a clear quote upfront, which I really appreciated. Pricing was fair and I’d definitely use him again.

Pani carried out work at our property earlier this year to replace a leaking kitchen sink tap with a new one. Three things I particularly appreciated were: (i) the messages we exchanged upfront through which he ensured he understood exactly what would need to be done and had the parts with him to get it done in a single visit - I really felt he sets himself up for success like this; (ii) that he carried out the work conscientiously and with good quality and in a tidy fashion; (iii) overall he is very professional in all aspects of his work. Pani was very patient and professional. Due to a smart meter fitted by my energy supplier ,there were some challenges with starting the work on time. Pani attended the property on two occasions to try to sort out the issues left behind by my energy company spending approx 3 hours in my property on the two consecutive visits. He refused to take or charge any extra money for his problem solving and analysis. I had to make arrangements and insist he took at least a call out fee which was quite nominal. I found Pani to be knowledgeable and he takes pride in the quality of his work.

Pani was prompt to respond and to provide a quote, and was flexible when some details changed. Good communication throughout and arrived as planned and on time. Shower was fixed with replacement part and working well. No complaints.

We had two showers to replace, a broken toilet, sink and pipe in the kitchen as well as a new shower rail that needed installing. Pani was very quick to respond to my enquiry and provided an extremely reasonable quote. He provided all parts and completely the work quickly and to a very high standard. He noticed an issue with an outside tap as part of the work and went out to get the part needed to fix this as well. Couldn’t recommend Pani more highly, he was extremely polite, respectful, reliable and had real pride in the quality of his work. Will definitely be my go to for any future jobs

Been using Pani’s services for many years now. Professional, knowledgeable and always very respectful towards us and our home. He solved a long-standing issue with our sink and also explained in detail what needed to be done. Pani also made himself available around our working hours. Additionally, he also sorted out some loose wires connected to our boiler by safely boxing them and thereby concealing them on the wall. The fact I have never left a review before - for anyone, should tell you how good he is at his job. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend A&S Plumbing and Heating. Pani is such a professional and knowledgeable plumber and heating engineer, and very personable and friendly who explained everything that he was doing but also works quietly and efficiently. He worked a long day and kept and left the flat spotless. The job was to flush out my central heating system to remove sludge from very under-performing radiators and rebalance them. I can't believe how quiet and efficient the heating is now. Such a brilliant job. I will be recommending Pani to people I know. Thank you.

My kitchen sink had dropped from the worktop and water was leaking into the cabinet . He managed to lift and fix the sink into the correct position and seal it.

Pani was prompt in his communication and very polite and professional. He visited on a Monday to measure the pipe center. Later that evening, he informed me that he had ordered a new shower tap. On Wednesday, he communicated that the new tap had been delivered, and he fitted it the following day, Thursday. The job was completed in an hour or less!

Pani was efficient, reliable & exceptional with the work he carried out. I have had two plumbers prior to him and neither could fix the problem. Pani was able to diagnose and resolve the issue with least amount of fuss and for a reasonable amount. Thank you again

Pani did an excellent job for a reasonable rate. He came early, wore shoe covers and kept the place clean. Installation was smooth and he put everything back cleanly. He even disposed of the replaced pump for me. I know have a nice hot working shower again. Highly recommended.

Contacted A & S Plumbing and Heating through Checkatrade and spoke to Pani about replacing a bathtub which had cracked in a rented property. He was approachable an helpful and understood the urgency of the situation. He called next day and quoted for job which was reasonable, and carried out some of work at weekend. Reliable and trustworthy, does what he says he will do, and kept me informed along the way. Will be using him again and no hesitation in recommending Pani.
