Great team of trained professionals that have completed my flooring job to a high standard. They removed and disposed of old flooring, levelled the original concrete floor and installed click fit vinyl planks. They focus on the details and work efficiently.

2 years ago we had the downstairs bathroom replaced by ashwood so when we needed the upstairs doing they were our first choice. The bathroom was taken out down to brick and joists, the floor, walls, electrics and water supply all brought up to standard and levelled. They even sorted out a problem with the waste pipes. The the new shower and suite installed to a very high standard. Looks great and works beautifully.

From start to finish fantastic service.The guys were so respectful of both us and our home. Best quality products used and exceptional finish achieved. By far the best tradesman we have had through the door.

The workmen took down the existing roof and removed all debris. The old and damaged items which were not visible before, were replaced. The new roof was fitted and the whole area was left clean and tidy

I cannot fault the team at Ashwood, always excellent work and polite. The quality of the woodwork it possible the best I have ever seen, and I would not use anyone else! 10/10 from us, highly recommended

Mark and the team are very hardworking, diligent and friendly. We used Ashwood a few years earlier when our kitchen needed re-flooring in our previous house, and I’m so glad we’ve reconnected with them. The downstairs shower room they have consulted on and fitted, is exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be using them again for further house projects.

Ashwood Contractors removed our old kitchen and plastered the ceiling and all the walls perfectly. New lights were fitted and then a complete kitchen. The lads arrived by 8am every morning without fail and worked all day with just a short lunch break. They were always professional, polite and extremely tidy. Although it's never easy having a kitchen out of use for 3 weeks they were a pleasure to have in the house. I can't recommend them highly enough. Q

I had a complete overhaul in my kitchen, which included repositioning a door and window. All electrics were updated and the boiler replaced. From arranging the kitchen installation to laying of the floor tiles each task was timetabled and actioned appropriately. I was consulted every step of the way. The team were professional courteous and before leaving each day tidied up any debris. My project went very smoothly and it was all down to this skilled team they are 5 star. I will not use any other builders now.

The standard of workmanship cannot be faulted and communication with the contractor was smooth and without issue, however the resulting level of 'residue' could have been more clearly communicated. I specifically asked if all rooms would be 'bagged' with doors closed and was assured that was not necessary, however every single inch of my house was left covered in a layer of red wood dust, including all the recently-cleaned carpets. The clean-up was monumental. As I said, the finished result cannot be faulted, but the aftermath was no fun at all.

We are pleased with the finished job and all questions were answered fully.

Mark and his colleague done an amazing job at laying our wood flooring throughout the hallway and lounge. Attention to detail was on point and the finish was fantastic, really pleased. Great trustworthy guys. Highly recommend!

Mark contacted us and came to have a look at our room. He was very thorough and said he would provide us with a quote. However after over a week and after calling again no estimate has been received. If he didn’t want the job why waste my time

Really professional, polite and skilled. Excellent job, perfectly executed. Trustworthy too - unexpectedly I had to leave them in the house with the front door open whilst I was out. It was obvious there would be nothing to worry about and they would take care of our home, such a good person on site. Arranging and associated admin were all very efficient.

4.30pm: We arranged on the 21st July that you would come to my property between 8am and 9am on Friday 13 August that you would give me a quote for work that needs doing. 4.30pm: no appearance at all. I've made multiple phone calls, no answer. I have left voice messages, no response. Two text messages, silence. A FB message, nothing.

Garage roof was leaking and Ashwood have put on new roof to high standard. Some initial hurdles with neighbour's garage roof were overcome with minimum of fuss and good liaison with neighbour. The workmen were punctual, polite and left the garage very tidy on completion.

As a result of an upstairs water leak, some of the downstairs ceilings and plaster work needed repairing and also some decorating was required too, I really can't recommend Mark at Ashwood contracts enough, a really nice guy to deal with as are he's tradesmen and the work was completed on time and to a very high standard, also it is worth adding that this work was carried out at my Mums house, who has dementia and invariably tries to throw anyone new out of the house, carers included, but both Mark and he's tradesmen were brilliant with her, which made the whole thing so much easier.

We’ve used Ashwood for flooring work a few times now and they’ve been great each time. High quality, reliable and reasonably priced.
