"Alan did a great job at repairing our Neff oven which wasn’t heating up. He came round the very next day, identified the fault quickly and remedied it straight away. (Because he’s a cooker specialist he carries many spare parts with him, so no need to send for a part and make a second visit.) His communication was excellent in making the appointment and confirming it by text. His service is reasonably priced and he was up front about costs at the outset when I booked the appointment. Plus, he cleaned a cranny in the oven that I’d found impossible to get at. Efficient, professional and friendly"
