We were very pleased with the service provided by Sean and David. The specification process (Sean) and execution of the work specified (David) was carried out professionally, with courtesy and on time. It is pleasing to find a company that is reliable from the start to the finish. We would recommend them highly.
Work was completed to a poor standard. Bathroom was left dirty, with water and rubble in the bath. Silicone was patchy and dripped onto new wall panels at the top. Bath taps were plumbed incorrectly (hot was cold, cold was hot). Damage to ceiling and door frame with no acknowledgement or compensation in final quote. They did return to fix to the expected standard, but this was only due to us reaching out and complaining. Bathroom was still left dirty and still no compensation for damage. Overall extremely disappointed and would not use their service again.
