"I bought a one of the most horrific houses you have ever seen to do a full renovation. As you can imagine, we had plenty of tradesmen in. Every single one of them left the place looking like a bomb had gone off other than Vic and the lads. Both times they came in the property was cleaner when they left. Communication was perfect, service was second to none & the price was also the best quote I had! Thanks again for your help guys, much appreciated!"

In England and Wales, notifiable electrical work (new circuits, a consumer unit, anything in a bathroom or kitchen) must by law be signed off under Part P of the Building Regulations — confirm they will handle that.

Insist on the Electrical Installation Certificate (or Minor Works Certificate) when the job is done — it is your proof the work is safe and compliant, and you will need it if you ever sell.
