"Needed some new window panes replacing as the existing ones had blown. Contacted Andy, who booked in to measure up very quickly and answered all my questions clearly. I ordered a very specific spec (low-E coated, warm edge, argon-filled), which was no problem at all. Around 10 days later the team fitted everything in under 45 minutes. I was also very impressed that they wore shoe covers and took away all the old panels leaving no mess. The new glass is excellent and has massively reduced condensation. Very happy — many thanks!"
