10th time I ask AZ to help and as usual, I am sincerely blown away by the service. I had a bad leak going to downstairs neighbour. Adam was very busy but made sure he found time to see me and arrived bang on time on the day. He had met me explain the situation before on the phone so could get straight to work - he was able to Find the leak in 15 mins, removing the floor only where needed and identifying the cause of the problem - while documenting the process for my insurance. All done in less than 2 hours . I am always 100pc reassured when AZ team comes to the rescue and I can't recommend them enough!

AZ Plumbing was brought in to resolve some major problems. Adam put it to rights. He's very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. No bodged work here! An excellent plumber/heating engineer who I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

It is always a pleasure to see Adam for our annual boiler service and everything went perfectly according to plan. On this occasion he also moved some drainage pipes behind the washing machine to make it fit better in its alcove and allow the oven door to open fully. He made very light work of that with a perfect and gratifying outcome.

Adam was prompt responding to my enquiry and turning up at the appointment time. He immediately got on with the jobs: a gas safety check and servicing the combi-boiler. He was very thorough in his work, and patiently and clearly answered my queries. He also tidied up after the job was finished. Adam was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He was clear up front about his rates, which he publishes on his website. I was impressed with his work and was happy to have him back to do a second job for me. Will use again when needed.

Adam at AZ is a rare find, he is extremely clear, professional, talented, and respectful. He quickly identified our issues, provided a clear reasonable quote, arrived promptly at the stone stated and did the work in a timely and unobtrusive way, never troubling me with unnecessary questions and using his initiative to solve additional challenges encountered due to the old building. He left the space tidy and the invoice came in to budget, no hidden surprise costs. You may find lower quotes up front, but won’t find a better service and the actual cost came in very reasonable (as other plumbers often add costs later on).

When Adam did our annual boiler service it appeared that two parts required replacement. On discovering that one of them was very expensive he elected to try to recondition it which he did successfully, saving us a few hundred £. As ever it was a pleasure seeing him. He also did a quick safety check on our gas hob while he was here. We look forward to his next visit in a year's time.

Have used Adam for a few years now. Apart from the obvious of sorting issues (I had issue with boiler thermostat plus doing annual service), Adam is a good communicator, in terms of job being done and when he will arrive etc, which is not a universal trait amongst tradespeople in my experience

Firstly, this was an urgent job so I appreciated that they could squeeze me in after a day job. The work was done very efficiently in my view, with a professional approach and good value for money. The plumber was friendly, gave full information about the job at hand, and tidied up after the work. An excellent job all round - I would highly recommend this plumber.

We have known Adam for a long time and are delighted that his partner Kirsty has completed all her plumbing exams and is now very much a key part of the AZ plumbing and heating operation. We had a number of issues at our property, and together they diagnosed all the problems, and more importantly, fixed them to our satisfaction. As always, they were professional, experienced, tidy and courteous, and a delight to have around. They would always be our first port of call when any plumbing/heating issue arises.

I'm so happy I found AZ plumbing their positive reviews did not disappoint. My toilet was leaking i had a couple of plumbers look at it and neither could tell me the issue or resolve it. Adam successfully identified the issue (a worn washer on one of the pipes) and had it fixed along with a broken flush and fitt a new toilet seat in or around one hour!!! Fantastic job and excellent friendly reliable service.

Adam and Kirsty replaced a bathroom tap and fixed my Vaillant boiler. Adam is thorough and pays attention to the details. He has high standards and is conscientious. He takes his job and professional code seriously and was meticulous in diagnosing the problem, recording the evidence and suggesting a remedy. Adam even offered an alternative engineer to take on the repair job while he was on holiday. They are reliable, easy to deal with and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

The most recent of many regular, annual service visits for our boiler from Adam. While he was here he also got our dishwasher and hob back in working order. It is always a pleasure to see Adam again and we wouldn't think of asking anybody else to do our annual boiler service. What more can I say?

Always my go to plumbers. Have had them do quite a bit of work now. Fitting new radiators, heating system, performing a flush and replacing pipework where necessary on a renovation job. Up front costs, honest assessments and hard workers. I've used them 4 times now and won't go anywhere else.

Adam and Kirsty provided an excellent service. Adam recognised the problem within 15 minutes of arriving. Adam replaced the valve within the boiler which resolved the problem of noisy pipes. They both offered explanations and advice about plumbing in my home. Adam later replaced a faulty kitchen tap. They were considerate and tidy, clear about the charges and kept me informed of arrival times. A very professional service provided. I would highly recommend them.

Adam was back soon after the annual service as the boiler timer had failed. It was replaced in a few minutes and we can once again have it turned off at night. It's always a pleasure to see Adam and we are always very happy with his attention.
