B&R Heating have just completed major works at our house. New boiler, new unvented cylinder, new pipework for new radiators and old tanks and cylinder removed from the loft and airing cupboard. B&R Heating were with us for a full week. Gary and Sam, both worked very hard for the time they were with us and were willing to answer my many questions raised with full and complete explanations. At times I could see the job was difficult and working in confined spaces wasn't easy for them but never once did I hear any complaint. They carried out the job very efficiently, respectfully and professionally and cleaned up at the end of every day, leaving the house as they found it. Richard came and introduced his crew on the first morning and then came at the end of the job to check everything and to commission the system. He explained the system to us to ensure we were happy and that we felt confident using it. Before the job started both Richard and Natalie, in the office, answered many questions that I put to them in preparation of the job starting, again with great patience. My husband and I expect very high standards of any work carried out in the house. B&R met and exceeded those standards and obviously have the same high standards themselves as neither my husband nor myself could fault them in anyway. B & R Heating responded very quickly and sorted our heating pump problem during the winter cold spell, from which we realised this was a company to trust, no up-selling for parts of the system that did not need replacing, and so they have now been with us for the last two days replacing our boiler and all radiators etc. Our system was over 25 years old, I could not believe the colour of the water drained out, wow! The whole process was excellent, the guys were brilliant, nothing was too much of a problem for them explaining everything as they went along. All our carpets were protected, all rubbish taken away, and a beautiful system fitted. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thanks once again to B & R Heating for a great job.

B&R Heating are an excellent company. Richard and Gary, the engineers who fitted our new external oil boiler and radiators, were highly skilled and professional. They were also very friendly, respectful and considerate and were a pleasure to have working at our house. The customer service provided by Natalie was second to none. We felt like VIP customers. B&R Heating always serviced our old boiler and will definitely continue to service our new one. We would not trust any other company with such an important job. My brother is going to have a new boiler fitted by B&R, and I may do the same in the near future. B&R Heating lived up to the recommendation. Because of the previous endorsements for B & R Heating, I asked for an estimate to replace my 91 year old Mother's 'Ferroli' combi boiler with a new 'Worcester' one. I rang for someone to come out to look at the installation requirements, also to give us a price for the job, The price quoted was exactly what I expected. Within seven days, B & R Heating turned up promptly on the agreed day, and time, and installed the new boiler in a professional manner, with good manners, politeness, and cleaned up as they went. I have no hesitation in joining others in recommending B & R Heating. So much so that my Brother is planning to have a new boiler installed in the near future, and I will do the same at a later date. A friendly and professional team with an eye for detail. Job scheduled quickly and completed on time to a very high standard.

Quick response and survey. Had several surveys conducted and Richards was the most professional and informative. He conducted a true calibrated water flow test and accurately recommended the best boiler (you can only get out what comes in). Highly professionally fitted in one day and left very clean and tidy/functioning well. The company also fitted an additional radiator at short notice and we were more than pleased with all of the work. We did have a problem after one day and the team promptly came out and identified our waste pipe was blocked a distance away from the boiler and the combi condenser drain off water had backed up, this was quickly fixed and all is well. This could not have been foreseen during installation and was fixed quickly and expertly. A great experience will use to service and again for other plumbing work. A week later running like a dream.

Very polite man, removed the old boiler & chimney & replaced new modern Calor Worcester Bosch boiler. Tidied everything & paid the price as quoted.

John the guy who came to fit our boiler arrived on time and did a fab job. Even tolerated out 4 year old pestering him now and again! Highly recommended.

We had a leak with the boiler which was fixed really promptly. But as with heating systems something else when wrong after the engineer left. Got in contact the next day and by that evening everything was fixed and working better than ever. The staff in this company and genuine and care. Thank you for a great service and long may it continue.

This is the second combi boiler installation by B & R Heating Ltd that I have experience of. The first was at my mothers house, and the second was at my house. On both occasions the price for the installations was fair, and work carried out to a professional standard. I have no hesitation in recommending B & R Heating Ltd, and I know that my brother will in time have a new boiler fitted by them.
