New lead and all repairs conducted to ensure that it does not leak again. Lovely guys and great service and highly recommend. Will use them again for any other works to be carried out."

I recently had some work on my roof done, and I am extremely pleased with the result and the service provided! The team were punctual, responsive, and left my property neat and tidy upon completion of the job. They worked quickly and effectively against some bad weather, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Baffins Building & Roofing Services!

Baffins Builders were outstanding from start to finish. They provided a detailed quote even before we purchased the house, which was incredibly helpful. Once work began, everything was completed quicker than expected, meaning the scaffolding was only up for a short time. The team were professional, friendly, and kept the site clean and tidy throughout. The workmanship was excellent, and the final invoice matched the original quote exactly. Highly reliable and great to work with!
I had a serious problem that occurred with the guttering. I was very happy with the quote you provided and given a time span between three to four weeks but you came within one week and we are extremely satisfied with the work done. We would highly recommend.
